Let's see... I have:

 * Committed fatal errors, taking down important pages
 * Accidentally failed to fully revert a refactor of the deviation display JS, breaking fullviews overnight
 * Committed queries which didn't work well under load, taking down the database (on my first day, actually!)

And probably more stuff. We do try to follow a more thorough review process nowadays, which helps catch stupid mistakes.

XD Messing with Java Script, always a fun pass time, it is amazing how much it can break when you do the right (or wrong!!) things.

Yea, I can most certainly see how that got you the title of site breaker on DA, just as I've been called a game breaker many times and have been chased down to be a beta tester in the past XD. . .reminds me, I really should go back to beta testing for DA, I completely forgot about that.
